Each Player is permitted to holdone account only on the Platform. The existence of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must notify 12play15 promptly if any of your details change, in particular your contact information and payment method details.

The following obligations apply to your account at all times:

• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 (or equivalent in supported cryptocurrency).
• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned minus applicable transfer fees.
• Deposit processing times are approximately instant for e-wallets and DuitNow, and 5–15 minutes for FPX bank transfers. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation times (typically 2–30 minutes depending on the network and asset).
• 12play15 does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may impose its own charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder.
• You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winings are subject to applicable wagering requirements being fully met prior to processing.
• Processing times for approved withdrawals are typically within minutes for e-wallet methods and DuitNow. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network conditions.
• 12play15 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests of significant size, which may extend processing time. We will communicate such delays to affected players.
• Withdrawals back to the original payment method used for deposit may be required where anti-money laundering procedures so dictate.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms:

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 12play15 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances including Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds, and may result in legal action:

12play15 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity in connection with the Platform.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from a competent authority requiring us to do so.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's bank or payment provider.
• Extended inactivity — accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a period exceding 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.

Upon closure of your account, any remaining Real Money Balance (subject to all withdrawal conditions being met) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, unless the account was closed due to fraud, breach of Terms, or a regulatory order requiring forfeiture.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, all pending wagers will be settled, bonus funds will be cancelled, and any eligible Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 12play15 shall not be liable to any player for:

In any event, 12play15's total liability to any player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the30-day period preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

All content on the 12play15 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of 12play15 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12play15 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use the 12play15 brand name, logo, or any trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without our express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means.

Game content made available through the Platform is licensed to 12play15 by third-party game studios. All intellectual property rights in such game content remain with the respective studio licensors.
